STANDARD SHIPPING: We charge $8 Standard Shipping/Handling on most orders. If your order is abnormally over-sized or weighs over 20lbs, we will contact you to approve additional charges before it is released. Your orders will be shipped from Long Beach, CA by USPS within 24 hours, Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays) and will arrive within 3-7 business days.
Once a package has been accepted by USPS we are not liable for lost or delayed packages. All claims for lost packages should be filed with USPS directly.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you need your package shipped using an express method, place your order with standard shipping and leave us a special note in the check-out phase and we will contact you promptly to inform you of the additional shipping fee and earliest delivery date. We use UPS and Fed EX as our express carriers. We do not offer International shipping at this time.

Once your order has arrived at Ambiance Spa, you will receive an email that your order is ready to pick up. Please call Ambiance at (562) 621-1121 before heading over as their hours may vary

Order Returns / Exchange Policy
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot make exceptions.
EXCHANGES: Can only be made for items within 10 days after receiving your order. All items returned must be new, tagged and unused. All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days after receipt of your order. You will receive a Twig & Willow Gift Card to use as store credit, once your package has been received. We will deduct the $8 return shipping fee from your store credit total (unless a shipment has been made in error). Store credit never expires and may be used in-store and online.
Online Exchange Instructions:
(1) Please email us and tell us why you would like to return some or all of your order at customerservice@twigandwillow.com. Upon return approval, we will send you a return label to affix to the package.
(2) Place a copy of your invoice inside of your return package. Please attempt to return as originally packed to protect any fragile items.
(3) Please drop off your items at a local Post Office for the most reliable delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
