Shipping Policies & Rates

STANDARD SHIPPING: We charge $7 Standard Shipping/Handling on most orders. If your order is abnormally over-sized or weighs over 20lbs, we will contact you to approve additional charges before it is released. Your orders will be shipped from Long Beach, CA by USPS within 24 hours, Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays) and will arrive within 3-7 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you need your package shipped using an express method, Place your order with standard shipping and leave us a special note in the check-out phase and we will contact you promptly to inform you of the additional shipping fee and earliest delivery date. We use UPS and Fed EX as our express carriers. We do not offer International shipping at this time.



Order Returns / Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES: can only be made for items within 10 days after receiving your order. All items returned must be new, tagged and unused. All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days after receipt of your order. You will receive an Online Boutique Gift Card to use as an online store credit, once your package has been received. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot make exceptions.  

Exchange Instructions:

(1) Please Email us and tell us you are returning some or all of your order at customerservice@twigandwillow.com so that we are expecting your package.

(2) Place a copy of your invoice inside of your return package.

(3) Send your item using a shipping method such as U.P.S., FedEx, or USPS. Your return package must have a tracking number to ensure it’s delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages so you can insure your return and protect your shipment.

(4) For the simplest return, Go to www.usps.com and go to “click & ship’ Once you set up a USPS account you can create a shipment, print your label and track your package from your own home. Place it in your mailbox. Easy!!
