COVID-19 SHOP POLICIES
We are doing our part to ensure that your in store shopping experience is met with precaution in relation to state and city guidelines.
- Facial coverings are required for store entry.
- Customers will be required to check in with their name and phone number. Information gathered is for contact tracing purposes only and WILL NOT be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Temperatures will be checked upon entry using an infrared thermometer.
- Staff members will wear a cloth mask at all times in-store.
- Staff and customers must maintain social distancing at all times.
- Each workstation is sanitized throughout the day.
- Hand sanitizer and trash cans are located at the front of the store and in dressing rooms.
- True HEPA air purifiers located in dressing room areas.
- Items tried on by customers will be sanitized with an ultraviolet sanitizing wand before being returned to the floor.
- Until further guided, we are making returned items unavailable for re-purchase three days after the return date for cleaning purposes before resale.
- All children must be strongly supervised, by your side or in a stroller. Please do not allow children to touch store merchandise.
- Please do not enter if you are feeling sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. We are happy to make accommodations to pick up curbside or ship to your home, if possible.
Our website and social media outlets (i.e. www.twigandwillow.com, Facebook and Instagram) provide information on current store hours, required face coverings, and information relating to in-store shopping and curbside pick-up policies.
COVID-19 SHIPPING/CURBSIDE PICK UP POLICIES
To select specialty curbside pick-up, please use our black “CHECKOUT” button (Paypal, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay only allow for shipping options, not curbside). You will be asked to select the store location you’d like to pick-up from, once you’ve entered the shipping page.

Please call the shop when you arrive and we will bring your items out to you!

T&W Bixby Knolls Curbside Pick-Up: Wed-Thur 11am-5pm, Fri-Sat 10-6 (Closed Sun-Tues)
*Please know that we have two locations and very limited staff. Many times inventory needs to be transferred from one store to another to fulfill orders. This is why, at times, we need more than a day to process.
